Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects across AI, data, and analytics domains. The role works closely with project managers, delivery heads, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project schedules, task lists, documentation, and status reports
Track key project KPIs, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization
Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in project execution
Support planning and tracking activities for internal and client projects
Prepare meeting minutes, dashboards, and performance reports
Collaborate with data scientists and developers to ensure business alignment
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including optimization and automatio

Education
MBA, With Specialization in Systems/Finance/Business Analytics), with at least one Project Management course, with CGPA of 7.5 or higher
Skills
Strong understanding of project management concepts and lifecycles related to software, data, and AI projects
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum fundamentals
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project is an advantage
Experience
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Project Management in Financial Services Software Companies/Fintech companies would be ideal
Exceptionally good MBA freshers who have completed internships in Project Co-ordinator roles would also be considered. Quadratyx is an equal opportunity employer.
