Our client, India’s largest mobile manufacturer ran a huge supply-chain and with in a short span of time business grew rapidly which created problems of inefficient operations and poor performance. Each department were using its own data sources and had their own KPIs. They wanted to build a KPI structure at the enterprise level. While this project needed to design a comprehensive top down KPI structure for the enterprise, deciding on what to track was one of the hardest parts.
