Domain Focus:
This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong foundation in business analysis (minimum 4 years) and a specialized focus on the Healthcare domain (minimum 2 years)—preferably in US Healthcare systems and processes. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of payer–provider frameworks, EHR/EMR systems, and HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards. Proven expertise in analyzing clinical workflows, mapping end-to-end patient journeys, and translating complex healthcare requirements into clear, actionable business solutions is essential for success in this role.
Key Requisites:
Lead multiple client engagements independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, tracking execution & success metrics is done efficiently.
Hands on experience in Regulatory Project management & Business Analysis in large scale financial organizations including budget, resource management and estimations.
Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues.
Create Business Requirements and data flows, UAT.
SQL Knowledge should be able to run queries and write for data extraction
Deep understanding of what data mining and application-level understanding of data science need to be used to solve different business problems.
Identify the ways of connecting the business problem with analytical solution and designing and delivering potential business solutions using data analytics.
Working with development leads in developing project charter, goals and priorities.

Technical Skills
Expertise/ Awareness in Python/R, SQL & working knowledge in analytics/statistical techniques.
Expert-level user of MS PowerPoint and other business presentation tools
Desire to learn about new domains, new applications of technology, new markets and new products.
Good basic understanding/experience of application programming
Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration/ computer science or related discipline from a well-known institute.
4 to 6 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an IT organization, preferably with a focus on analytics-driven projects.
