Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, high-impact Sales professional with 5–10 years of experience to join our 12-year-old, thought-leading boutique AI firm. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will represent our cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI platforms to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, a master communicator, and a "go-getter" who thrives on meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
- Own and exceed specific quarterly and annual revenue targets through direct sales efforts.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise leads. Build a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Account Expansion:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying opportunities to implement our Agentic platforms and AI services to solve complex business problems.
Strategic Positioning:
- Articulate the value proposition of our boutique AI offerings in the context of GenAI-driven digital transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives, innovation leads, and operational heads.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately scoped and successfully fulfilled.
Required Qualifications
Experience (Years):
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in enterprise sales, preferably within AI, software platforms, or high-end consulting services.
Domain Expertise:
- Deep, verifiable domain familiarity within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and/or Manufacturing. You must understand the specific pain points, regulatory environments, and operational nuances in at least one of these industries.
AI Acumen:
- Strong understanding of the current AI landscape, specifically Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. You should be capable of explaining these concepts to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining credibility with technical teams.
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive "hunter" mentality with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Ability to act as a thought partner to clients, not just a vendor.
Logistics & Compensation
Location:
- Based in Hyderabad, with the expectation of travel as required to meet clients and support business development.
