Job Description
Purpose of the Job/ Role:
This role interacts with clients to understand requirements, analyze information & design comprehensive solutions, takes ownership of projects to drive business value and results through innovative solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and help them drive success with Quadratyx.
Key Requisites:
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams and directly with clients proposing architect technology standard and/or custom integrations and solutions to meet client and prospect needs.
Designing solutions and working directly with clients to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices.
Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
Lead and own the complete solution design through analysis/discovery, scoping, design, documentation, and configuration.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quadratyx product capabilities and solutions across diverse use cases also providing consultation to internal teams and customers, as required.
Lead internal initiatives; actively contribute to the internal Quadrtayx and external Client knowledge and resource base.
Architect scalable and secure big data solutions to provide visibility and decision support to business end users.
Ensure data solutions are built for performance, fault tolerance and security with reusable patterns.
Partner with business and technology to deliver road maps.
Define overall technical architecture of Big Data platforms and set up required infrastructure. Design, develop and deploy Big Data solutions mainly in Hadoop/Kafka.
Ensure Big Data solution integrates with client’s existing systems.
Propose, recommend or facilitate selection of appropriate tools, techniques and resources for all technical components of Big Data solution.

Skills/ Competencies Required
Technical Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.
Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Expertise in Hadoop ecosystem and architecture components, Big Data tools and technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, MapReduce etc.
Sufficient understanding of data science, analytics and software engineering to be able to communicate effectively with the engineering team, hands-on exposure to software engineering.
Expertise with SQL and Data modeling working in Agile development process.
Knowledge of any coding languages.
Experience in cloud technologies.
Soft Skills
Passion and analytical abilities to solve complex problems
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from a well-known institute
Minimum 6-10 years of work experience in an IT organization (preferably Analytics / Big Data/ Data Science/ AI background).
